Privacy policy

This privacy policy explains how HaarVergleich.ch, operated by Fuxi Einzelunternehmen, Friedaustrasse, 8003 Zürich, processes personal data. The Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) applies. Quote check and referral to partner clinics

When you complete our quote check, we process your details: first name, last name, email address, phone number, canton, gender, age group, information about your hair loss (stage, affected areas, previous treatments), timing, budget and preferences. Information about your hair loss is health data and therefore sensitive personal data.

You may optionally upload photos of your scalp and face, either in the quote check or later via the link in the confirmation email. Photos are transmitted encrypted, stored in non-public Google Cloud storage and only shared with the partner clinic together with your enquiry. Photos are health data too and are covered by the consent below.

We only share these details with partner clinics with your explicit consent. The consent reads:

Yes, I would like a free, non-binding assessment and quote. I agree that HaarVergleich.ch passes my details, including the health information about my hair loss and any photos I upload, to its partner clinic (currently Māra Zürich) for this purpose, and that the clinic may contact me by email or phone.

Partner clinics use your details to contact you, send you a quote and arrange a consultation. Each clinic is independently responsible for further processing. You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future by writing to kontakt@haarvergleich.ch.

We store your enquiry, the time and the wording of your consent to be able to prove the referral. Enquiries are deleted after 24 months unless a statutory retention obligation applies.

  • Hosting: Vercel Inc. (USA/EU)
  • Enquiry management (CRM): HubSpot Inc. (data stored in the EU)
  • Photo storage: Google Cloud Storage (Google Cloud EMEA Ltd.)
  • Email delivery: Customer.io Inc. (data stored in the EU)
  • Analytics and marketing (only with consent): Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics

For transfers to countries without an adequate level of data protection we rely on the EU Commission's standard contractual clauses or the safeguards recognised by the FDPIC.

Cookies and analytics

We only set analytics and marketing cookies if you agree in the cookie notice. Your choice is stored locally in your browser. You can change it at any time by clearing the site data in your browser.

Server logs

When you visit the website, technically necessary data such as IP address (truncated or hashed), time and browser type are processed to ensure operation and security.

Your rights
